Delivery

We use several different delivery methods depending upon the product purchased.

Bulk or pallet based deliveries are carried out using a combination of our own vehicles and those of our delivery partners. Our lead time is typically 3 to 5 working days, Monday–Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. We can provide next day delivery where time is of the essence, just include that with your enquiry and our team will get a price for you. Collections from our Heanor distribution centre are also welcome should you have this facility in house.

 

WAITING TIME MAXIMUM 20 MINS PER CONSIGNMENT.

Once this time has been exceeded, a re-delivery will be required at the cost of the customer.

ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY

 

Returns

We are happy to receive back any items which in rare cases are deemed unsuitable. The intention to return product must be advised within 7 working days of receipt. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Upon return, goods will be examined and if applicable, a refund or credit note will be issued less the return carriage cost to Rollstore. Along with the original delivery cost to the customer.
  • The product is to be unused, as new and in saleable condition.
  • Should the goods be unfit for resale, no refund will be given.
  • Goods will not be accepted without prior notice.
